Boarding Kennels
To ensure maximum prevention is afforded to your pets when they stay with us our minimum requirement before accepting an animal is to view a current C5 vaccination certificate for dogs or a current F3 vaccination certificate for cats. Please ensure that your vaccination certificates is not more than 12 months old otherwise your pet cannot be accepted.
A contact number for either yourself or a nominated person is required in case any emergency medical treatment is required for your pet.
Boarding fees include all food, care and attention and daily exercise.
Dogs are fed once daily a combination of fresh meat, canned and dry foods. Cats are fed twice daily with morning Whiskers dry food and the canned varieties in the evening. Special diets can be catered for subject to owners' requirements.
Early reservations are recommended for the busy peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and school holidays to avoid disappointment. Customers are reminded that days booked are days charged over this busy period and a non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking; we therefore request that all customers book carefully and confirm your dates.
Payment is required upon arrival to avoid abandonment of animals and can be by cash, credit or eftpos. Cheques are not accepted.

Please Note: Due to overwhelming demand during the Christmas - New year high season (December 20 - January 10) there is a minimum stay period of 5 days.

Veterinary Hospital.
Hallam Park Boarding Kennels and Cattery is currently the only licensed and accredited private facility which has a Veterinary Hospital onsite in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Veterinary Hospital is open six days a week and is readily accessible should any emergency or routine care be required for your animal.
For your convenience they are also available to vaccinate your pet(s) if this needs updating.
Veterinary Hospital business hours are:

Grooming Salon.
As Melbourne's complete pet care facility we also have our very own grooming salon for dogs.
Our groomers are available Monday to Saturday with grooming fees commencing from $55.00 for small breeds.
This service is particularly useful for time starved people who appreciate the convenience of having this service done whilst their pet is boarding at Hallam Park Boarding Kennels and Cattery.
